CUSTOMIZATION
Uniform customization creates a sense of community. The logo makes a team outfit
complete, individual and impressively carries the identity outwards. There is a suitable
customization method for every requirement and article. For the optimal display of the
motifs and the perfect appearance.
DIRECT-TO-GARMENT
The ink is printed directly onto the textile by a print head. The printing process is digital, so multi-coloured
motifs and colour gradients are also possible.
SCREEN PRINTING
The motifs are printed directly onto the textile through a screen. A separate screen is created for each colour.
Colour gradients can only be indicated, but multi-coloured logos are possible.
FLOCK TRANSFER/FLEX TRANSFER
The motifs are punched out of special flock or flex foil and pressed onto the textile with heat. The transfer
enables the representation of monochrome motifs.
DIGITAL TRANSFER
The motifs are printed directly on flex foil using a printer, then punched out and pressed onto the textile with
heat. Multi-coloured and photo-realistic motifs and colour gradients are possible.
The motifs are embroidered onto the textiles using a multi-head embroidery machine. Before customization,
an embroidery program of the motif is created. Multi-coloured motifs are possible.
